Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our return and refund guidelines below before making a purchase.
Customized & Personalized Items
All items that are fully customized or personalized are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. The only exception is if there is an error, defect, or mistake made on our end. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review and make it right.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

A 5% processing/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an order that does not match what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. If the error was made on our end, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
