We specialize in customized and non-personalized products.

All fully customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error made on our end.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all mock-ups, spelling, sizing, colors, and details prior to production.
Once a customized order has been approved and/or sent to production, changes may not be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses or contact details provided by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (unless otherwise noted). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment of any order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to those terms.
