Order Processing Time

Non-Personalized Items: Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days.

Customized/Personalized Items: Processing times vary depending on the product and design approval. Production will begin only after mock-up approval (if applicable). Processing times will be communicated at the time of order.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Mock-Up Approval (If Applicable)
For customized orders that require proof approval:

Production will not begin until the mock-up has been approved.

Delays in approval will delay the ship date.

If approval is not received within a reasonable time frame, the order may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly for updates.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us @ support@kiscdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and video of:

If the damage is determined to be due to our error or production defect, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
