Custom Embroidered Football – Perfect Gift for Coaches

Celebrate your team’s coach with a personalized football keepsake—a thoughtful gift for the end-of-season banquet, a special recognition, or to commemorate a successful season.

Each football can be customized with the coach’s name, team name, year, and a quote. Quotes can be presented in past or present tense—simply note your preference in the personalization section. Additional personalization options may be available; please contact me before ordering to confirm special requests.

All embroidery is done with high-quality thread and can be customized in the colors of your choice. Photos show some basic color options. If your preferred color isn’t pictured, please reach out.

By default, the coach’s name will be trimmed in white unless otherwise specified. The team name, quote, and year will also default to white thread unless noted in your personalization instructions.

When placing your order, please include

1. Coach Name – please specify exactly how you want it to appear (e.g., “Coach Tim”).
2. Team/School Name
3. Year
4. Color(s) for the coach’s name (default: black with white trim; all other elements default to white if not specified)
5. Quote – choose either script or block format

**Please note: Because these items are customized, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted if an error was made on my part. Please double-check all spelling before submitting your order, as I am not responsible for customer-provided errors.

If you need your order within 5 days of the estimated date, please include your “need by” date when placing your order and consider selecting rush shipping. Estimated dates reflect processing time only and do not include standard shipping, which may take an additional 5–7 days.

If your order includes 1–3 footballs, they will arrive fully inflated. Orders of 4 or more footballs will be shipped deflated, but we’ll include a hand pump and needle so they’re easy to inflate once delivered.
